It’s a Guy Thing

Published by digimom under Product Releases

That’s right, It’s a Guy Thing…ya know, like leaving the toilet seat up and putting the dirty dishes on the counter, right above the dishwasher or beside the sink. Can you tell I am the only female in my home? My latest kit is ALL guy! Not all elements are shown on the preview and an alpha is included as well.

Thinking Pink in October

Published by digimom under Freebies, digi musings

It’s my second day of the Passionately Pink Blog party and I’ve got another freebie for you, but first…something pink.

Today I want to introduce you to a site doing more than it’s fair share to help fight Breast Cancer. The DesignHer Gals Gal-to-Gal Foundation. Each year, they host a walk to support Stage 4 Breast Cancer patients during the entire month of October and just $5.00 gets you a registered gal walking alongside all the others for this great cause.  I just made my own Virtual Walker and am walking alongside Marg Helgenberger, Larry King, and Denise Richards among many others. Search for me if you want and walk alongside me, search for Barbara R.

And here is your freebie, another quickpage created from the Passionately Pink Charity Kit…

It’s a perfectly Divine Blog Party!!! Welcome to my first day of the Passionately Pink Blog Party in collaboration with my fellow Divine Digital designers and our month long Passionately Pink store event! be sure to check out the Passionately Pink Mega Charity Kit we’ve put together.

Each day, A Divine Diva brings you a blog freebie and talks about something pink or something that they are passionate about. Today and tomororw are my days and so let’s get on with the party.

PhotobucketI am passionate about something…comfy socks. Yes, that’s right, when you have comfy soft socks to keep your footsies warm on a cold night, well, is there really anything better? I think not. And I have the most perfect pair of socks, and just so happens, they are PINK. They are also beyond belief soft and cozy. My pink chenille lounge socks are from the Karen Neuburger Pink Ribbon Collection and KN will donate a minimum of $75,000 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation from the sales of her Pink Ribbon products. So, you see you get the most comfy socks possible and it benefits a good cause.

And my freebie is quickpage created from the Passionately Pink Mega Kit…

And while we are in such a charitable frame of mind…my friend Brenda is selling a Charity kit called In the Navy, all her proceeds will go towards making Holiday gift boxes for the sailors on the Navy ship USS Ramage currently in the Persian Gulf. Her grandson is on the ship. You can find out more about the kit and how to purchase it on her blog.
